Laugh all you want. That doesn't make any sense. That would be a fraudulent act and a ludicrous assertion. It is more likely that it was a happy person that was sharing it with their family and friends on a social media site. Going to all the trouble of printing up a warrant in Chinese and writing some inscriptions on it in Chinese just so they can post it on IHUB. IMHO, sounds like some more twilight zone material.
