Joe, Looks like they are speculating right now with anticipation of striking oil soon. If they do , you will make out like a bandit. Chances are very good they will strike oil. Obviously there is a lot of oil in the Middle East in general.
With fracking and all the new technology in the oil industry, you will probably make good money. I will make a nominal investment, since most of my money is tied up in dividend paying stocks. I like those checks that come in, some monthly and some quarterly.
Since I don't need the money right now, I just keep buying more shares with the profits.I gave up on the get rich quick schemes out there. I am satisfied to take mine a little at a time.
