We already knew they had a lawsuit against the accounting firm. I have not reviewed the 8K yet. I don't know if it has specific financial details that will show favorable #s in favor of ICLD.
I suppose the act of issuing an 8k will spark more attention to ICLD on Monday.
It will be an interesting weekend on this message board.
