Thought so too. It changed on NV SOS TOP HONESTY GROUP INC last year. Their other stock has a 10.00 bid and a 175 buck ask. Dont think its traded yet. Hopefully this one gets some crazy bids but looks like no one wants to touch it.


Change of control recently though so something new probably coming in and will prob catch up on fins. The thing is so thin I wouldnt doubt at some point this goes over 10.00. These extreme low float Chinese stocks like this often do.
