The only exchange they can get to is otc pink.

OTC Pink is not an Exchange. It is simply a designation of an Over-the-Counter stock invented by a paid PR company (OTCMarkets) which has no actual meaning whatsoever.

All OTC companies with a 15c2-11 trade exactly the same way regardless of how much money they pay OTCMarkets for one of their BS and meaningless "tiers".
