You come over here as a know it all and seem to be trying to cast doubt in some of there deals.

Whats your intentions and why are you here.

Do you own any shares and have you talked to Larry to confirm some of your suspicions.

Why dont you do us all a favor and call Larry and have a indepth conversation about Ecuador and what you think is going on and report back to us.

You seem very knowledgeable about this deal and it would be a great help to the board.

Call him and report back if your so concerned otherwise dont come here and act like your the savior of some of these deals

after I conducted some DD I have the strong feeling that the Frankfurt listing is set up in order to hype this stock (EQBM) over here in Germany. It is my understanding, that Larry has some strong ties with promoters in Vancouver and those guys maintain a perfect network of stock-touts over here in Europe. If they start a SCAM they inform 8-10 of those touts and they advertise in stock magazines, organizing stockdays in order to give the CEO a platform and so on. These Frankfurt plays will be launched weekly and its mostly OTC or TSX-Venture shares to be pumped. DBGF was probably the hottest pump Frankfurt has ever seen and the initiators of DBGF made 150 Mio Euro profits by selling their founder shares.
