BillJay, do you have any additional info on the proposed merger you mentioned earlier this month? Any info you could share would be most appreciated.

I believe Tempus Applied Solutions will be merging with tempusaircraft.com/ potentially next week. Based on my research, http://tempusaircraft.com/ or Tempus Aircraft Sales & Service, LLC/Tempus Intermediate Holdings, LLC based in Englewood, CO, is a private or non-public company that is not part of Tempus Applied Solutions. It looks like (TASS)/(TIH) may do $40MM to $60MM in revenue and is low risk and probably quite profitable. I think this makes (TMPS) a $10 to $15 stock on valuation alone if and when this happens.
