IMO, Sassano has no prior experience with marijuana cultivation construction. Neither MCIG nor Les, has been able to name a single marijuana cultivation entity where Sassano engineered and constructed a viable cultivation construction site for the purpose of cultivating marijuana PRIOR to joining MCIG. Other real mj construction companies have completed projects for others growing marijuana - and those entities are already cultivating Marijuana. Not Green Leaf or Sin City, though. There is no proof that either site has successfully cultivated, processed, tested, and sold actual marijuana to consumers in Nevada.
I predict Green Leaf and Sin City is going to have a lot of logistical problems cultivating, processing, testing, and selling marijuana.
Lastly, I suspect Sassano is actually gone - the typical 1 year rental. Otherwise, why "disband" his division/department/whatever MCIG called him. They have him listed as a "consultant" - like all of the other "consultants" who've been fired/moved on/completed the 1 year rental.
