shareholders pay the lease on Blum Oak.As long as the lease is fair compared to others in the area I'm fine with it...I would rather lease and use money for buildout on other things than buy expense property and wait to see what will happen with Federal laws. How much do you think The property in Oak and San Leandro cost ?
