Good question, I am willing to believe that Scott had good intentions but when the SOE deal went south because of political pressure in China, he got desperate and then did some crazy things with the stock and if he received money from China the money. I wonder where all those private placement dollars went? I also wonder what expertise Currah's had to warrant the deferred expenses claimed and proof that they purchased their shares.
