Seems pretty smart to me for the company to have all their ducks in a row before reaching out to new investors.

However, rest assured, anyone who is complaining about no one buying the stock today will be the first one's screaming the stock is being "pumped" when the company puts out news and the volume trading activity picks up.

I've seen this scenario before.
