PLSBonly short dilution here, bro: HOLD ur GROUNDS!!.. few days ago.. when vol came to a halt almost.. shorts took a step back and the day went by with 300K traded!!

OTCQB fully disclosed: the 252mils OS are sitting fully diluted!!

2011 to Nov 2017 = OS was 70mils
No RS or SS modification since inception here

PPS ranged from $1.48 all time high (yes one dollar and a half) to 0019'ish all time low!

maybe a bit more due to the 89K of short term debt.. but nothing below .002 came through past month or so>

I don't see why.. past few session are not in.. but I know they made it on the threshold regsho list as well::

more then 50% out of everyday traded vol was short past 2 months to say the least!!
