Tx Famer, Who do you think wanted him to resign? Who ousted him? The BOD by who's request? The Institutional Investors and Hedge Funds! Evidentially Dan's vision and there vision didn't line up! I really believe Dan wanted to grow the company by licensing out individual constructs and go it alone. He would continue to grab shares and slowly build his personal wealth slowly. Adage and Fidelity were not on board with this vision in my opinion! They are here to facilitate a eventual buyout of the whole company to the highest bidder. Dan was making a very good living being the CEO. Then tac on the extra shares and boda bing he's sitting on his own gold mine? I see this as tremendously valuable to long term holders who have been here for years waiting on any kinda of decent ROI. Will the shorts attack tomorrow? Don't know for sure but that will be very dangerous since Dan's out I see more Institutional investors buying in? That would be very dangerous for the shorts since I suspect more Tutes will want in now knowing activist are now in control but what do I know I'm just a investor!
