IMO, delay is due to OTC doing serious checks on information provided. It got bones on release of 8k to reverse merge. I think hold up is somewhere with MMG and previous owners section, not with atty letters or misspellings (Although not helping). Until OTC is confident with info given and shell is legit, bones stay.
That being said, I think they have given the proper information and when checks are done, KNSC will be pink current. Hibachi Grill is legit and on the up and up. That is why good days ahead.
