no, there are no assets in this shell. they will use the power of their share structure, which is what i pointed out. what is your point? mine, is that since there are no assets, the acquiring company will have to grossly modify their share structure to compensate the shareholders of the company being acquired or merged into the shell. and normally, that is not to the benefit of the existing shareholders of the shell company.
