First, all 87 Claims were rejected as not being Innovative.

Most of the claims for Novelty were also rejected.

This means that either there is a patent infringement or that the claim is a natural process that can't be patented.

OWCP did a really poor job in researching prior art as most of their claims infringed on prior claims.

All of the reasons for rejection are explained very clearly in the document I posted for all to read.

The USPTO patent examiners will not be so charitable - they will reject the patent applications with extreme prejudice - there isn't anyway the OWCP patent applications will be granted.
