My instinct tells me we'll have at least one of the the loans before then. When you're dealing with these kind of loans there are a lot of variables and there is a lot of haggling that goes on.
I agree that the market is waiting for funding.
The market is like the ocean and you can't control the tide but you can ride it.
Bottom line is it is low tide and there is nothing you can do but load up you boat and wait for high tide to carry you out to sea.
If you look at the chart the tide is changing in our favor.
