You have no right to demand anything of management. Just because you've decided to invest in a speculative RM that doesn't give you anything other than some potentially profitable shares.

Besides, what is timely for you might not be timely from the company's perspective.

Demand away. Knock yourself out. Just know that the company is under no obligation to respond to your "demands" in any way until such time as you can form a group of shareholders controlling 51% of the shares to back you.
