No, they want and need to stay on the NASDAQ...they will do the RS before putting their listing in jeapardy and getting kicked off. Hate to say it, but I am near certain the RS happens now. Question to me is it 3:1....5:1....or 7:1. My WAG is 5:1....and announced either before the bell tomorrow or more likely after the bell tomorrow.
