Good News just kicked in at 4:34PM (AH) today! TOPS should test yesterday's high $0.455 again as soon as tomorrow since the current OS is only 8,640,174 shares which is ridiculous low and the Market Value at the New Bottom $0.30 is meager $2.592M while TOPS has Tens Of Millions Of Dollars of Huge Cash on the hand...

TOPS is currently Hyper Undervalued and Hyper Oversold after the 1:15 R/S on 06/23/2017! To bounce the Same percentage (42.1875%) from its New Bottom as it did yesterday, TOPS will hit $0.4266 today...
