I got restricted shares from BL** a coupla-three
years ago, give or take.


At $0.0001 or so, the shares are completely worth-
less. .. I will never make the call to unrestrict them.


Like some will do with NSAV. .. If you never make
the call to remove the restriction, what fate ultimat-
ely befalls the worthless NSAV shares ?

Not in 6 months they will not be. .01 for 100 000 shares of divy is $1000 - 150= 850 ....not bad..
