Its down today, up tomorrow. Maybe down after that. It's called fluctuation. Its definitely not down because of the news today. Decreasing dilution is excellent news.

And most likely has much further to fall to reach a reasonable valuation level.

Even at a market price of $0.02 cents a share, and assuming the company can generate a $1 million annual revenue stream, (and that's a big if)) the company would have a market value of $15.6 million or 15X revenues.

That is well above the average for the beverage industry of 3-4X revenues.

A Sub-penny level is entirely possible for RMHB.
