He has already achieved the "worst case scenario"...(RS I mean) twice. He became CEO in middle of 2014. Anyone who had stock when he became CEO or bought it up until about the middle of 2016, just before the second RS, got wiped out completely.

So I am skeptical he can prevent it a third time...
