if they already converted sold the share into the market what do they care they only care about the shares there still to to convert which they most like already sold .so is the new management going to sue them and the old management to recover the shares?

that is a pipe dream. if that is all this stock has going for it, then it's doomed, because they are not going to cancel 700 mil shares.
