After the DHS IDIQ and then low priced production contract, then the GB "departure" and the "M" protest, I held most. After the EU contracts and deliveries along with financing issues, I held most. After June 2016 and then the next DHS contract and then BK, I held most again. After the Dec 10 'non Bids' and the EC losing courtroom attempts, again we had a chance to sell, for a few more pennies than the current PPS.

I have until Dec to sell for future tax loss or take the current PPS, if there are buyers...Not Good options but I accept my past decisions. I'll vote for staying as there will be <$.zip left anyway. I wont 'pump' any of my other current 'speculative' investments publically...GLTA in their future/other investments and to all commentators...JMHFO...
