#87424 RE: GVInvestments #87416

The Failures and Lies Are Real and True

The faux "debunking" always debunks itself. It's HILARIOUS.

If the FAILURES AND LIES aren't true or real:
What is the address of Paris Group?

Why did Lucy's write an email indicating they have no business relationship with Rollie's/Vellum/MCIG?

Where can I buy a Rollie's MJ Cigarette today?

Where is the copy of MCIG's NV MME Cultivation or Producer Certificate?

Where can I buy MCIG's THC juices?

Why isn't VitaStik branded product being sold on MCIG's websites?

Why does Kressa own growcontr*.com?

Why does ENOM own 420j*?

Why are there 5 DEAD construction projects?

Where are all the extracts from Snody's CO2 extractor and where is the hemp from the Colorado Extraction and Cultivation site?

How much cash was siphoned from "net cash" and paid to the SHYSTER for 420c* and CR(APP)

How much cash was siphoned from "net cash" and paid to Mardikian for the weed*.com in June 2017.

What happened to the $80 mil revenue projection for OMHE? That was only off by 90+% RFLMAO.

THE REAL FACTS WILL CONTINUE TO BE REPEATED TO DISPEL MCIG'S LIES AND MISINFORMATION

MCIG Hiding Something? No Transcript of 5/1/17 CC?

Guess they were embarrassed by the new, bumbling Chief Marketing Officer, Mardikian.

The CR(APP) AND 420C** website is a FAILURE out of the gate.

MCIG does NOT own either the Weed*** or 420J** websites. FACT. The CR(APP) is free, and MCIG will get $0 from upsales of services and ads; since MCIG DOESN'T OWN THOSE SITES.

Excuses: "They haven't marketed" the CR(APP) - which is kind of ironic w/ the "new" Chief Marketing Officer, Mardikian.

Excuses: "It's only in beta testing". Sort of like the alpha and beta of "Rollie's Rolling Machine"? RFLMAO

Oh, LQQK. Mardikian owns one.

Enom, owns the other

MCIG Construction DEBACLE?

Another Construction Lie?

First of all, MCIG/GC is only staffing R.H. Medical's facility. I bet they're not building/engineering diddly squat. In addition, IMO, they're not even managing at all - since it's stated that managing is an "option" that MCIG can execute.

Staffing is in Kressa's wheelhouse - as he's an HR expert, zero prior experience with engineering and construction.

Hence, the lie? I don't know of any customer who would ever allow a contractor to have an option where the contractor can execute optional services. It's usually the other way around. If GC does a good job to the satisfaction of RH Medical, it's RH Medical who has "the right" to execute optional services from MCIG.

MCIG to Manage and Staff Indoor Grow Facility in Las Vegas Through its Subsidiary, Grow Contractors

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2017) - mCig, Inc., (OTCQB: MCIG), a leading distributor of innovative products, technologies, and services for the global medical cannabis industry is pleased to announce that Grow Contractors (GC) has signed a management contract to staff and manage a 15,000 square foot indoor cultivation facility in Las Vegas, Nevada for R.H. Medical.

MCIG will be providing R.H Medical operational support to the facility, in tandem with Las Vegas and the State of Nevada beginning the rollout of recreational cannabis, voted on and passed on November 8, 2016. GC has brought on an experienced cultivator with a track record of growing high quality THC & CBD products, and with an expert understanding of growing indoors in desert climates.

"As R.H Medical ramps up operations for harvest, GC has the option to manage the entire facility and operation (including sales and delivery) for 6% of gross revenue in addition to its current management fees. MCIG (via Grow Contractors) will be adding such types of revenue streams and arrangements in Nevada, as many cultivators are scrambling for operational support in ramping up for the recreational market," said CEO Paul Rosenberg.

Paris Group LIE "Up-To-Bid" AFTER Tweeted "in-the-bag"

I LOVE IT!!!! SHYSTER CAUGHT IN ANOTHER LIE. MCIG shareholders need to thank me!! Now you know the truth about the Paris Group construction that MCIG hasn't won the bid on.

2/9/17 MCIG's Official Tweet "In The Bag"

4/13/17 Official GC Facebook Announcement. How is it possible to have Paris Group as a "customer" in February 2017 - when GC only bidded in April 2017???

"Finalized Bid" - which means Paris Group has NOT accepted a bid for the work. RFLMAO

Like the $80 mil rev projection for OMHE, the lie about Rollie's MJ Cigarettes in June 2016, and lie about Lucy's filling services, Paris just didn't happen. Just outright lied about it.

"Being Bid" - which means Sale NOT closed and in-the-bag"

Paris group is being bid as we speak...

mCig Bidding on Paris Group - Not yet announced

Try again.

Let's Break Down MCIG Construction Contracts.
5/26/15 Construction FAIL #1 – Southern Colorado, $0 Revenues
Southern Colorado Extraction and Cultivation Facility Plan = CONSTRUCTION FAIL #1

Construction FAIL #2
– Washington, Evolution Design Concepts, $0 Revenues
2/23/16 MCIG Annouces “First” Cultivation Construction Project in Washington State. This is clearly a LIE since the FAILED Southern Colorado Cultivation and Extraction Facility was the first construction sale for MCIG.

3/11/16 Construction #3 – Nevada, PNTV/Green Leaf. Trade for services only. MCIG gets marketing credit. There is no official evidence from an actual PR or SEC filing that states otherwise.

4/13/16 Construction #4 and #5, One with Sin City, one with Tetramed Holdings? CEOs for both companies is Danielle Caravette. $0 revenues for Tetramed? Tetramed project CONSTRUCTION FAIL #3. I can find no evidence that the Tetramed project amounted to anything.

10/6/16 Construction #6 – Solaris Project – Nevada. Only managing the project. Doubt MCIG will be able to declare the entire $3.5 mil of the total project value.

3 FAILED construction project that have generated $0 revenues.

The GreenLeaf construction is for marketing services in return for “construction. There is no evidence from an official source that indicates otherwise. PNTV stated that Phase I was completed October 2016, but MCIG says it is expected to be completed in January. Clearly someone is lying.

Sin City Cultivation – late. Phase I “Expected”/Expect to announce completion of Phase I Sin City February 2017.

2/12/15 MCIG Announces Engineering and Construction Division – Partnership with ClimaGrow = FAIL. $0 revenues for ClimaGrow sales.

“BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwired - May 26, 2015) - mCig, Inc. (OTCQB: MCIG), a leading provider of technology, products, and services for consumers, dispensaries, and growers within the global medical and recreational marijuana industry, announced on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 the plan to open a Southern Colorado Cultivation and Extraction Facility. The Extraction Division will oversee the operation of the facility, cultivating and extracting a world-class product for legal consumers in Colorado, allowing mCig to create another stable revenue stream in the cannabis extraction industry, which some analysts predict will reach $47B in revenue in 2016. The blueprint for this pilot facility will also be easily duplicated in other locations. In addition to the plan, mCig announced the completion of an agreement with Denver-based Master Grower and Cannabis Entrepreneur Derek DeCosmo to serve as a Key Partner and consultant for the upcoming Cultivation Facility. Mr. DeCosmo will also be responsible for providing logistical support for the Extraction portion of the Facility. ”

2/23/16 MCIG Annouces “First” Cultivation Construction Project in Washington State. This is clearly a LIE since the FAILED Southern Colorado Cultivation and Extraction Facility was the first construction sale for MCIG. What happened to this “partnership” with Evolution Design Concepts? EDC = CONSTRUCTION FAIL #2

https://www.einpresswire.com/article/313145436/mcig-announces-first-large-scale-cultivation-facility-in-washington-state

“BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/23/16 -- mCig's (OTCQB: MCIG) Grower Services Division secures its first Washington State large scale contract to build a new cultivation facility in Grant County. Full deposits were received to start a $100,000 phase 1, with a near term phase 2 build out valued at $550,000.
Evolution Design Concepts LLC., or EDC, has a unique strategy of buying land and leasing it to individual growers. EDC will subdivide their 21-acre plot of land into 11 separate parcels which could value the total build at later phases at $2,400,000.00. Notably, they are also under contract for another 25-acre plot since 5 of the 11 initial plots are leased out to individual cultivators already.
EDC was initially interested in the modular grow units created by mCig Inc. The relationship developed after mCig Grower Services professionals were able to bring their expertise of working on hundreds of previous cultivation projects to show that modular construction for large-scale growers is the most cost effective and high quality construction method for the entire project. mCig has refined their focus for the year to proprietary building of large facilities using specialized clean SIP paneling, and has recently moved its office to Nevada to service other projects under contract like EDC, for these high growth markets of the largest growers.

3/11/16 MCIG Announces PNTV/Green Leaf Cultivation Facility – Only Getting Marketing Credit

4/13/16 Sin City Cultivation Site Announced – Is this one or two contracts? One with Sin City (CEO, Dan Caravette) and one with TetraMed Holdings (CEO, Dan Caravette). I'm guessing just one contract.
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/mcig-starts-sin-city-cultivation-center-otcqb-mcig-2114472.htm

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Apr 13, 2016) - mCig Inc. (OTCQB: MCIG) Grower Services Division (GSD) proves again why their modular system is working in Nevada, with the signing of contracts with Sin City Cultivation (SCC) and Tetramed Holdings Corporation (THC). SCC and THC's Site Plan is already approved and excavation will start immediately with an estimated four month completion date for the 4,500 square foot Phase 1 state of the art cultivation center. The Multi-Vertical Tier Design will provide just under 10,000 square feet of a Canopy Footprint.
The gross revenue generated by GSD under Phase 1 is $240,000. The project is divided into two phases, which sits on four acres: The additional phase includes a 40,000 square foot greenhouse footprint that will be constructed over the next eight months, with an additional value of $1,750,000.

10/4/16 Sin City Update

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Oct 4, 2016) - mCig, Inc. ( OTCQB : MCIG ), a diversified company serving the legal cannabis, hemp, and CBD markets, updates shareholders on Sin City Phase 1 Project. The project is underway, materials have been ordered, construction has begun, and the project is currently 45% complete. Sin City has grown from an original $200,000 budget to a $500,000 approved and funded project with current add-ons that could see the project grow even higher.
10/6/16 MCIG Managing Solaris – Exactly what will MCIG generate for only managing this project? My guess is far less than the $3.5 mil.
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/mcig-announces-35m-large-high-tech-desert-greenhouse-contract-with-solaris-otcqb-mcig-2164443.htm

This facility is completely state of the art and a testament of Scalable Solutions progressive designs & execution. The desert facility is fully automated with the most advanced and efficient agricultural technology available for cultivators in the cannabis space. Scalable Solutions will oversee the construction from start to finish.

10/24/16 CEO Update
http://www.pennystockobserver.com/mcig-ceo-provides-corporate-update/11420/
After being established in March 2016, Scalable Solutions has quickly become a leader when it comes to Marijuana cultivation construction. Currently, we have five projects under construction and a backlog of more than $6 million dollars.

12/30/16 MCIG Shareholder CC – Why didn't The Shyster have the recording transcribed? My guess is so that it's harder for people to search for people to complete DD.
http://mcig.org/quarterly-conference-call-recordings/
MCIG has gone from Grower Services Division to Scalable to Grow Contractors.
Scalable is gone, gone, gone. Sassano is gone, gone gone.

What does the 100% owned Grow Contractors (bought out Kressa's company) actually have to offer? I don't believe his company had any contracts that are transferring over to MCIG – and there has been no announcements of completely new construction contracts.
