I agree. Intelligent thought. Hopefully this will catch on to LCLP. There are always options. Just need the company to pursue the better avenues

this debt was there even before this guy became CEO. I don't think it's his fault. He needs to either get long-term convertible financing or commitment from note holders not to sell like a year or convert to preferred even better. See no reason if CEO can prove this as a viable business.
