OMG. LOL!!!! He said, "...apparently finra has said no" to Chinese money laundering.

He thinks finra would just politely say no if they saw something like that???

And given that in all likelihood they already have finra approval, I think we can say a big fat no to that theory.

i think this was just the ground work for the bigger scam to follow. probably not a pump and dump now, just a momo play that got crazy. the bigger picture would be chinese money laundering but apparently finra has said no.
