Obviously a conversion. But with this much volume, the person that converted is going to attempt to sell at a profit. I expect at least a short term increase in price per share in JPEX.

Please provide proof that it was dilution. There are 144 stock certficates
which is already included in the outstanding share count from investors who put up funds.

All of this is covered in the filings. If you have proof that it was dilution please point to the filings where there is a discussion of the note or notes it was attached to or the settlement of a debt.
