Now that the ACI transaction is complete, USMJ can proceed with their reverse split plans. They need this because they do not have enough shares authorized to accommodate their toxic notes. Of course, they also could raise the share authorization to 25 or 30 billion shares to handle the dilution they need to do to stay afloat.
