If EPTI hired this Investor Relations firm directly, then it is NO LONGER a third party IR firm. It is a direct IR firm

I don't think this third party IR firm got hired until the merger went into place on June 9th. I'm grasping at anything I can to make myself feel better but the fact they didn't start tweeting until then would make sense.
