How? He formed Harvest Soul, LLC that his wife is named on and shut down Harvest Soul, Inc. Transferred all the assets over to the LLC and that was end of FPFI under his watch. To the best of our knowledge there was never a sale of the subsidiary to the LLC and there was no filing for material event of losing all revenue. In simple terms he just walked out and took it with him.
Late 2015, I believe December, he officially resigned his position with FPFI.
He came here, built a small juice company with shareholders money and then just left and said F-U to the shareholders.
