Yes, I don't post for the masses. I post to have conversations with people who are already past the "beginning parts" of this stock. After all, how would we, who have been here for years, respond to someone asking a question like "Why are Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac two companies instead of one????" I guarantee questions like that still exist.

There is no better source than this message board for FnF related matters.

Arguable. For every correct piece of information that is posted here, there are ten incorrect "pieces of information". Or are we still going to $387 by end of year? lol.

What would be most helpful is if everyone had their credentials in their profile. Like, myself...anything I post that is not related to law is not an area of my expertise, and I'm probably just posting opinion. If I'm posting related to the law, however, I probably know what I'm talking about and I'm 99% likely correct. I know that based on my own credentials...knowing this tells others which of my opinions are based on knowledge and which are based on opinion. Wish we all knew who were experts in what here.
