Don't forget...Eddie pulled a 1-for-50 R/S with his first ticker --Artfest International [ARTS fka ARTI:OB] and drove it down to .0001. THEN within a year he pulled a 1-for-24,000 (that's 24 THOUSAND) R/S which lifted those .0001 shares to $2.40. In no time he carpet bombed those shares back down to .0001. The dilution/ share destruction has to be some sort of a record. The SEC finally revoked the ticker due to Eddie's constant lying to them.
