Apparently, ECOS (the public corporation) was unable to perform on the original December 2016 agreement to deliver a PILOT unit to ECOS-BIOart LLC, by March 31 2017. The corporation's agreement with the private ECOS-BIOart LLC, had to be re-worked with the Kwacks putting in private funds in order to move the LRS pilot installation forward. How all of that has, or will, impact ECOS shareholders has yet to be revealed.
