O/S means nothing when they can keep increasing the A/S and flooding the float or even worse R/S'ing to start the process over again.

I just noticed they have another month posted on the OTC markets page of the share structure that's verified by the transfer agent. Another month later and another billion + into the float. That's over 4.5 billion shares added to the float since April just about 3 months ago. Now look at the increase in the unrestricted shares. They have so many unrestricted shares that they will have to increase the A/S just to dump them all. This is not my opinion. It's a fact. What are they doing with all this money there taking out of the market? This is not chump change. Even @ .0010 X 4.5 billion = $4.5 million dollars. I think there avg. is higher then .0010 so there prob. even doing better then that. These guys are banking!
