Do you understand how much free publicity it would bring AMLH if he does a National network tv show that talks about his job with AMLH and the public company he runs.

He did it because someone called and said "Hey. Wanna make some money doing an interview?" And he said, "yes".

Why would he turn down the offer and not take advantage of promoting the fact that he's doing something awesome now?

He'd be nuts to say no IMO.
