My point exactly. 3 months ago, OWCP was telling its employees to lie verbally and say that they owned patents. That lie was exposed, and now everybody knows that they have 0 patents.
Now they are telling their employees to lie and say that they expect the USPTO application to be approved, even though they know that it will be rejected in 2 minutes.
Since WIPO completely trashed and dissected the OWCP patents, OWCP is telling its employees to divert attention to the semantics: that WIPO does not formally accept or reject, but only gives non-binding opinions.
OWCP is lying and saying that WIPO’s opinion does not matter at all and that the USPTO will approve the patent regardless.
