Not at all friend, been doing stocks for a while, different sectors as well. I've seen this tho, I just wasn't aware of the CEO until too late. You can say what you need, but you can't deny this has been a downward trend since it's existence, and its struggling so hard to even hit a penny. Doesn't that tell u something?? There are other stocks that don't even have real profit and they hit over a penny multiple times. That tells me this is a funny business stock

Auctus can demand a R/S as a pre-condition to receiving shares, so No Bid isn't an issue. Also an all cash settlement isn't an issue for them, and in fact very much works to their advantage over shares. There are many, many ways to get cash back from a No Bid ticker if one spends time thinking through the scenarios.
