Excellent post chart master!! Very... very correct there is no real proof...of any fraud or nefarious activities by the company no charges have been officially announced against pgpm. Today all speculation by Various posters???? Now we are in the SEC initial investigation stage; only no formal charges as yet! Don't see hard evidence of intentional fraud/deception???will probably be lifted mid July: if no real concrete evidence is produced!$$
Can a company request or somehow negotiate a suspension in a case where the company has submitted the filings and has waited a long time for stop sign, CE removal to the point it is negatively effecting the trading and/or the financial situation of the company?
