Any "in advance" RS announcement by Eddie is nothing but BS fodder aimed at the ULTRA GULLIBLE. He gives that heads up only because he never had an intention of doing it in the first place. THEN...he rolls out PR on FarceCrook saying how it's been called off making the GULLIBLE rush out and buy and buy as Eddie DUMPS shares on them and DILUTES even more.
When Eddie does a RS there is NEVER any advance notice.
