DaFlabear -the lack of info is discoverting.

Posted a bunch of re: their CEO for your perusal if you like.

Also again they arent our company to invest in.

If one chooses to reinvest we literally
-reinvest in Liscouski, Turmelle and I guess Chris Roberts
-we reinvest in the notion that they can close the deal on a merger with Vivos
- we reinvest that IF THEY CAN CLOSE THE MERGER VIVOS has the ability to grow that business instead something greater

As I said the sleep disorder biz looks like something to be interested in but I would need more time to find who is leading the charge and I don;t want my executive team to be anyone that was part of the IMSC nightmare ever.

Lastly I am voting the LIQUIDATION OPTION as I would like to see an independent fiduciary thoroughly examine the books and make decisions on what gets paid out (i.e. bonuses!) and what doesn't and see where we land.

I've had sleep apnea for 15 years, along with my brother, and we're both on CPAP right from the begining diagnostic sleep study. My sleep specialist physician has never recommended an oral appliance. I studied the Vivos webb pages and find it very curious as to why or how their appliance could be any better than what's on the market now. All these things look like midevil torture appliances. And for the Vivos thing to do the rearrangement of your jaw like they claim (even straightens teeth!),seems a major stretch, to say the least. And if 600 dentists are already using this thing in N. America, aren't we be seeing dental ads for it?
I've sold half of my shares, and will hold the rest until the vote happens.
