Nice group of articles. I was beginning to wonder if this as a solid investment. Jack's history seems to be a bit checkered and its a big flag for me. That being said he seems to have the attention of all the necessary players. If I had one question to be answered is "why would a little company like jacks be able to get a permit and not all the other large oil companies in the area"? After all, there hasn't been a new refinery in 40 years or something. It doesn't seem quite right.
