The biggest factor that affect the "swing" of a PPS is the speculative buying. That alone could push this to 0.25 or more.

Sorry but it doesn't make sense to say that "Many businesses trade beyond and below (as in the case of ARYC) market cap valuation" since by definition market cap is
pps X the number of shares outstanding

"Market capitalization (market cap) is the market value at a point in time of the shares outstanding of a publicly traded company, being equal to the share price at that point of time times the number of shares outstanding.
