NO RS! I love this holiday weekend email reply from Tom. These are the facts and he does not want a BVTK RS at all as he has stated time and time again and we know he has stated we should be on the Nasdaq sooner than we think. Now if anyone sells because of the SS it is foolish IMO because it already happened and serious investors bought up those shares. Now we get to enjoy all of the benefits of tons if good news and updated filings going forward. I don't believe for a second anyone here who has done any DD is going to sell any of their shares. Most of us will be here for the big $$$ ahead and the move to the Nasdaq. And he is right abot a group trying t keep the PPS down!

I hope BVTK decides they are ready before they are suspended. Still in for the long haul here, but they have lost some of my confidence at this point.
