That's the thing, management wants RS to go through so they can get more stocks for themselves, far more. In any even of a partnership BO, they are set for life. 1-8 this goes down to about 19 million shares total. Watch this though because it gets interesting even if we don't pop big now.
Watch if after RS, management gets awarded more shares. If they RS and award more shares options, you know something is going down. All signs of a merger or big partnership.
In the mean time, it all comes down to SCLC data and whether or not it counters the down pressure of an RS.
If this is what's going down, the best time entry is to wait for after RS, You would potentially pick up very cheap shares. No news by next Tuesday, I am selling and will only hold 10k through RS vote.
RS vote goes through, I can always look for new entry.
