When PPS went from $10.00 to about $5.00 on the 22nd post-R/S at 5:1 it was actually a nice little bounce for the longs but not for long
So if it drops below a buck then your hypothesis seems correct -- AH trades continuing as we write @$1.04-5 lowest -- will it is the question and if it does, it seems smart for longs to hold here and maybe buy @the bottom
-- IF anyone retail knows where that it, other than whoever is controlling this by their volume and timing -- sure doesn't seem $mart to be dumping here to feed the shorts.
Is there NO limit to how often a company can R/S, no waiting period between R/S's? FINRA wants to be notified 10 days ahead of any such change but is that it? I don't see anything in the rules or for SEC, and these days the 2 org's work closely hand in hand.
