Not worried....Everyone know about the litigation with Golden State Equity Investors, but its not a problem or even that big a suit. Compared to quarterly rev and profits, all our debt added up even with the Golden State is still relatively small (under 500K compared to 7Million in assets and +20 Million in rev) ACGX very undervalued, could see 200-300% run day very soon. GS debt I expect they are taking care of it at the ENE Conference. and really believe MM are trying to keep it down for GS so they can get as many shares from the deal as possible before the run. I hope and think ACGX will settle this with cash and not shares, either way we are in excellent shape, support holding with no problem or real test. ACGX LONG, and im sure there are many many more shareholders like me waiting and sitting on gold. Time will pay big
