Nope, CIAU not going to reach $4 soon.

They only have around $1,500 in assets, while have almost $7.5 million in liabilities.

Kinda similar to related company USMJ....LOL

Maybe will trade at $0.0004, though, once liquidity dries up soon after the 10 day suspension by the SEC.

With the likely securities fraud being investigated, it is doubtful investors or financiers will touch this stock.
