I find it interesting that the company has proposed to pay before the end of September. I'm wondering if they are not close to have actually secured some financing. I expect that if they chose the end of the month to make their payments that they anticipate being able to do it.
This could get interesting.
Based on the lack of volume today, I'd say the market isn't sure how to read it either, but negative wasn't a strong sentiment, and that's always positive. I'm tempted to get a few more right now.
